This is a versatile, double-broadcast floor system that utilizes quartz to achieve easy-to-maintain, long-lasting results. It’s also a multi-layer system available in numerous color blends.

The featured system on this page has a non-skid gloss, but optional smoother textures and satin are available. EliteCrete Stout floor consists of two quartz broadcast layers and a polyaspartic topcoat. This floor can handle the impact of tools being dropped on it dailey

Dur-A-Flex Polycrete SLB - Sherwin Williams

This is a 3-layer cementitious urethane cement slurry system with a single broadcast of decorative quartz applied at 3/16” thick. This system resurfaces eroded concrete, offers extreme thermal shock resistance, and has excellent resistance to moisture vapor transmission.

System Build:

Topcoat – Pigmented Topcoat (Poly-Crete Color-Fast, Poly-Crete TF Plus, Dur-A-Glaze Novolac, Accelera [only over flintshot], or Shop Floor with Armor Top)

Quartz Broadcast – Broadcast of Flintshot or Q-Rok Quartz Aggregate into the Poly-Crete SL

Body Coat – Pigmented Poly-Crete SL

Primer – (optional) Pigmented Poly-Crete TF Plus (only required with F60 Broadcast or if the substrate is very porous)

Prepared Substrate – Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) of 3-4
